IUGA has managed to strike a rare balance between high-performance athletic gear and everyday athleisure with these high-waisted biker shorts. After testing the fit, it is clear that the four-way stretch and gusset crotch are game-changers for maintaining mobility during intense yoga flows or long runs. The fabric feels incredibly soft thanks to the spandex-polyester blend, yet it remains completely non-see-through even during deep stretches. I was particularly impressed by the utility. Having two large side pockets for a phone plus a hidden waistband pocket for keys makes these a legitimate choice for hands-free training. They offer enough compression to shape and lift the body while providing the tummy control needed for a streamlined, confident look in the gym or on the street.

The back zipper pocket easily secures a 6.7" phone, while the two side pockets handle the rest of your essentials. If you prefer a roomier feel for yoga or lounging, I recommend sizing up.
