After weeks of testing these during intense HIIT sessions and morning yoga flows, the Dragon Fit High Waist Yoga Shorts have become a staple in my activewear rotation. The four-way stretch fabric is impressive, offering a non-see-through fit that remains opaque even during deep stretches or squats. I was particularly struck by how the moisture-wicking material keeps things comfortable when the workout heats up, preventing that heavy, damp feeling. Plus, having deep side pockets that actually accommodate a larger smartphone makes a massive difference when you need to move freely without carrying a bag. They strike a rare balance between high-performance compression and everyday comfort.
