The Diesel Blue finish catches the light immediately, but the real magic happens once you actually strap it on. At just 872 grams for the medium size, this lightweight ABS shell avoids that heavy, neck-straining feeling common with many full-face options. I was particularly impressed by the airflow. The 17 dedicated vents do a fantastic job of pulling in cool air while pushing heat out during intense climbs. The large eye port is a game-changer too, offering a massive field of vision that doesn't feel cramped when you're wearing your favorite goggles. It feels like a piece of gear designed by riders who actually understand the need for visibility and thermal regulation on the trail.

Can you actually find a full-face helmet that doesn't feel like a heavy weight on your neck during a long descent? The 7iDP M1 in Burnt Orange manages to balance rugged protection with a surprisingly lightweight ABS shell that keeps you moving freely. I was particularly impressed by the 17 vents, which do a fantastic job of pulling in cool air and exhausting heat before you start overheating on technical climbs. The eye port is wide enough to give you an expansive field of vision, and it integrates seamlessly with most goggles without creating awkward gaps. Just a heads-up: this isn't an adjustable fit, so you really need to consult the size chart before committing to ensure that perfect, secure snugness.

Aggressive mountain bikers who despise the bulk of traditional armor need the 7iDP Transition knee pads in their kit immediately. I was impressed by how these manage to feel almost invisible while still offering serious security during a heavy crash. The double-layer, impact-reactive foam provides a minimalist shield that doesn't weigh you down or restrict your pedaling motion. Because they use a compression fit paired with internal silicone strips, they stay locked onto your upper thigh and calf without sliding down mid-trail. The full-length 4-way stretch mesh keeps things breathable, and when you aren't shredding, you can simply roll them up and stow them away. It is rare to find protection that exceeds CE EN 1621/1 2012 Level 2 standards while remaining this streamlined.

Aggressive trail riders who despise the bulky, restrictive feeling of traditional armor need the 7iDP Transition knee pads immediately. I found that these pads strike a rare balance between minimalist comfort and serious safety, utilizing a double layer of impact reactive foam that absorbs hits without adding unnecessary weight to your legs. The 4-way stretch mesh keeps airflow moving during intense climbs, while the internal silicone strips and compression fit ensure they stay locked in place against your thigh and calf. Because they are designed beyond the CE EN 1621/1 2012 Level 2 standard, you get professional-grade protection that you can easily roll up and stow away when the terrain smooths out. It is the perfect solution for riders who want to stay protected without feeling like they are wearing heavy plastic shells.

Designed specifically for the demands of trail riding and Enduro racing, these pads utilize a clever rollable foam design that lets you stash them easily using the integrated elastic loop. I was particularly impressed by the compression fit. The silicone printed grippers on the cuffs and the logo grips on the outside keep them locked in place against your bike shorts without sliding down the thigh. Despite the Ripstop spandex being incredibly durable, the airflow remains excellent thanks to the breathable square line construction. You get a pre-curved, comfortable fit that meets CE Level 1 safety standards without the bulk of traditional armor.

The weight of these pads is almost non-existent once you slide them onto your arms. Most protective gear feels like wearing heavy plastic armor, but the 7iDP Transition pads use a low-profile, double-layer impact reactive foam that stays out of your way during intense cycling sessions. I was particularly impressed by the compression fit. The combination of internal silicone strips and 4-way stretch mesh ensures they don't migrate down your forearm mid-ride. They exceed the CE EN 1621/1 2012 Level 2 standard, offering serious crash protection without the bulk. When you finally reach the trailhead, you can simply roll them up and stow them away easily. It is the perfect minimalist solution for riders who prioritize mobility without sacrificing safety.
