Blistering calluses and palm friction can quickly derail a productive training session, which is exactly what these Fitespot gloves aim to prevent. Because they use a super microfiber material, my hands felt surprisingly flexible rather than bulky, allowing for a natural grip on kettlebells and pull-up bars. The ventilation is solid, keeping things cool, and I really appreciated the small integrated tabs on the middle and ring fingers that make peeling them off after a sweaty set effortless.
