Zero Waste: Our coffee is processed with the ecofriendly “zero waste” system which reuses every single byproduct of the process. The water used in our coffee processing is treated in a bioreactor to be reused for irrigation, avoiding local river contamination. With Arabica varieties like Typica (“Pluma Hidalgo”), Bourbon, and Geisha, this is a rare treat to enjoy. This roast boasts notes of ​​toasted almonds, wildflower honey, dried fruit and lemon candy.
