Low-light conditions under the ice often make it impossible for traditional lures to catch a fish's eye, which is exactly why these UV glow jigs are a game changer. I tested the Hot Firetiger color, and the way the tungsten head reacts to light is impressive for targeting finicky panfish like perch and bluegill. At 5mm with a sharp #12 hook, these feel incredibly precise when you are working a small hole. The tungsten material provides a much better feel and faster sink rate than lead, giving you more control over your presentation. It is a solid five-pack that ensures you always have a high-visibility option ready when the bite gets tough.

Instead, the heavy chenille-wrapped bodies are built to endure. The two-tone hand-tied design features a streamlined profile and bright 3D eyes that create an irresistible movement in the water. I found the ten-color selection particularly impressive because each shade feels specifically calibrated for different visibility needs rather than just being flashy. While it is optimized for perch, I found it surprisingly versatile for targeting walleye, trout, crappies, and even whitefish. The inclusion of a dropper chain is a smart touch, as it effectively separates the hook from the lure to allow for more natural movement. It turns a complex task into something simple and highly effective for any angler looking to increase their strike rate.
