Best Phones in 2026

Samsung's Galaxy A57 5G proves you don't need to spend flagship money to get a phone that feels considered. The Super AMOLED Plus panel with slimmer bezels is the star here — colors pop and scrolling stays smooth whether you're bingeing a show or flipping through photos. Around back, the triple-lens setup handles everything from dim restaurant shots with Nightography Video to wide landscapes, and the 5,000mAh battery comfortably stretches past a full day of heavy use. Add 45W Super Fast Charging, a metal frame with IP68 protection against splashes and dust, and expandable 128GB or 256GB storage, and it's a genuinely reassuring everyday companion. The six years of OS and security updates seal it as a long-haul buy.

Motorola’s 2025 Moto G Power looks like it wants to show budget phones don’t need to be a downgrade. Between its vegan leather back and Gorilla Glass finish, it’s got a premium feel and grip you might expect to pay extra for. The 6.8-inch 120Hz display is bright enough for outdoor use, and keeps up nicely. And when it comes to the battery, it’s the star of the show. The 5000mAh battery easily lasts longer than a day, and wireless charging at this price is a nice surprise. The 50MP camera with OIS does a solid job in low light, though it’s still a mid-range camera. With 5G speeds and expandable storage, you’re getting a lot for your money.

Apple's iPhone 12 still earns its reputation as one of the most balanced phones ever made. This renewed 64GB model in black arrived looking genuinely clean — the minor cosmetic wear sits far enough away that you won't notice it holding the phone normally. It's fully unlocked, so I swapped between carriers without a hiccup, and the full diagnostic check means it performs like new with no trace of the previous owner. Battery health was guaranteed at 80% or better, which is the honest trade-off here. Heavy users may want a top-up midday. No headphones or SIM card in the box, and the charging cable is generic, but at this price that's an easy trade.

A corded landline is one of those things you stop thinking about until the power goes out and your cell signal goes with it. This AT&T phone keeps making basic calls on line power, while the built-in digital answering system covers up to 25 minutes of messages, announcements, and memos — no separate machine hogging counter space. The large backlit LCD tilts to whatever angle works for your desk or kitchen wall, and caller ID with a 50-name log makes screening calls quick. You also get a speakerphone, volume control, and last-number redial. Just plan on four AA batteries for the caller ID and answering features, since those aren't included.

This is the type of 2 hand set goodness that has me willing to keep my land line once more. Panasonic has a wide 1.6" amber backlit LCD on both base and the handsets. You can see who is calling and not squint across the kitchen. Fantastic call blocking that allows you to register up to 30 numbers to block. Let the robocalls go into silent oblivion. Silent mode will silence the ring for the hours you define. Intelligent Eco Mode will reduce power usage to maximize your battery charge time. Set up is easy. The handsets feel good in your hand.

The AT&T EL51203 delivers exceptionally clear audio through its DECT 6.0 technology, making it a reliable staple for any home or office. I was particularly impressed by the full-duplex speakerphone, which allows for natural, simultaneous conversation without that awkward walkie-talkie lag. Navigating the device at night is a breeze thanks to the backlit screen and lighted keypad, ensuring you never fumble in the dark. It handles the essentials flawlessly, from managing a 50-call history to utilizing the ECO mode for extended battery life. Whether you are using the intercom feature between handsets or accessing voicemail with the dedicated quick-access key, the interface feels intuitive and purposeful for daily communication.

Most home phone setups force you to choose between the mobility of cordless handsets and the reliability of a corded base, but this AT&T system gives you both in one cohesive package. I found the long-range coverage particularly impressive thanks to the specialized antenna design and noise-filtering tech that keeps calls crisp. The inclusion of a corded unit with line-power mode is a lifesaver during outages, ensuring you aren't cut off from the world when the electricity fails. For anyone struggling with small displays, the extra-large 2-inch handset screen and backlit keypad make dialing in the dark or navigating caller ID incredibly easy. It is a robust, highly expandable solution that bridges the gap between modern convenience and old-school dependability.

Get a 6.1" bright, crisp Super Retina XDR display, lightning-fast 5G downloads and streaming, a powerful A15 Bionic chip that keeps gaming and multitasking buttery smooth. The battery life is impressive, up to 19 hours of video. Plus, Face ID, Ceramic Shield glass, and aerospace-grade aluminum frame help make this phone far from old-fashioned. When it comes to the camera, get Cinematic mode, Dolby Vision HDR video recording (up to 4K at 60 fps) and a 2x optical zoom. That’s more creative control than most mid-range options. (Note, this is renewed. Only a few left in stock).

Ooma Telo turns a traditional landline into something cheaper and, based on call quality, clearer. Plug the base into your router, connect the included HD3 handset, and nationwide calling costs nothing beyond the monthly taxes and fees — provided you're in the U.S. The handset's 2-inch color display and full-duplex speakerphone give it the feel of real hardware rather than a stripped-down phone app. Voicemail, caller ID, call waiting, 911 calling, and text alerts are all included, and the mobile app keeps your home number with you when you leave the house. Pure Voice technology handles the audio, and Consumer Reports rated Ooma the top phone service. It works with Starlink internet too.

Foldable phones still feel like a splurge, yet this renewed Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G undercuts that assumption. The flip design folds down small enough to slip into a pocket, then opens into a full-size screen backed by 5G for everyday apps, calls, and streaming. You get 128GB of storage, a clean Phantom Black finish, and unlocked status that lets you bring your own carrier. Because it's renewed, expect a phone that's been tested and reset rather than factory-sealed — check the listing for cosmetic grade and battery condition before buying. For anyone curious about foldables without paying flagship money, this is the low-risk way in.

Samsung's Galaxy Note 20 5G still earns its keep as a productivity workhorse, and at this renewed price it's a genuinely tempting pick. The 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus panel is the star of the show — Full HD+ resolution with HDR10+ support keeps colors punchy and text razor-sharp, whether you're jotting notes, streaming a show, or gaming on the couch. The 128GB of storage gives you real breathing room for apps, photos, and files without constant housekeeping. Because it's a renewed unit, expect cosmetic wear rather than a factory-fresh finish, and battery health will vary from device to device. Mystic Gray looks understated and professional in hand. If you want flagship screen quality without flagship pricing, this delivers.

Two handsets, a digital answering machine, and call blocking for around sixty dollars — Panasonic's cordless setup covers the landline essentials without overcomplicating a thing. The answering system holds roughly 17 minutes of messages, and the quick-read message counter on the base makes it obvious at a glance when someone has called. Call Block shuts out up to 30 nuisance numbers, while the 50-entry phonebook keeps the people you actually want to hear from close at hand. I liked the handset speakerphone for sitting through hold music, and the low-battery alert gives you a visual heads-up before a call dies mid-conversation. You get about 10 hours of talk time and six days of standby, plus caller ID that announces in English or Spanish when your phone company supports it.

Five handsets for one base is the whole story here, and it's a good one for anyone whose house swallows a single cordless phone. VTech runs these on DECT 6.0's dedicated 1.9GHz band, so calls stay clean without competing with your WiFi router or microwave, and each handset gives you up to seven hours of talk time. The oversized, widely spaced buttons and backlit screens make dialing painless in a dim hallway, while the 14-minute answering machine, full-duplex speakerphone, intercom, and one-press finder round out the feature list. Best of all, the handsets arrive pre-registered — plug in, power up, and you're calling.

That 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel is the whole reason to step up from the smaller model. With QHD+ resolution and an adaptive 1–120 Hz refresh rate, text stays razor sharp while scrolling feels slippery-smooth, and the roughly 2,600-nit peak brightness means you can actually read it on a sunny sidewalk instead of cupping your hand over the glass. This renewed US-version Galaxy S24+ pairs 256GB of storage with 5G connectivity in a matte Onyx Black finish that shrugs off fingerprints. Renewed at this price is the quiet value play in Samsung's lineup — expect the odd cosmetic scuff, but the display and day-to-day speed feel like new.

The AT&T Trimline is the rare landline that earns its place on the wall purely on charm and reliability. This is the same slim, curvy silhouette that has been hanging in kitchens since 1968, now finished in pink, and it still does the one job that matters: making calls. There's no power brick to lose, because the line itself powers the phone, so a blackout won't cut you off from the outside world. The big-button keypad lights up for dim hallways, and 13 one-touch speed dial keys keep your regular contacts a single press away. Last-number redial, mute, flash, and volume control round out the practical side. At roughly eighteen dollars, it's a small, cheerful upgrade for a home office or bedside table.

Samsung squeezed a genuinely flagship display into one of the last truly compact phones. The 6.1-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel is flat, stays crisp in direct sunlight thanks to its high peak brightness, and the adaptive 48–120 Hz refresh rate glides between smooth scrolling and battery-friendly stillness without you ever noticing the switch. HDR10+ support gives streaming content real punch. Because this is the unlocked US version, you can drop in a SIM from most carriers and go. It's a renewed unit at a fraction of original pricing, so expect cosmetic wear rather than a sealed box — but the core experience is all here.

Samsung's Galaxy S23 FE occupies a sweet spot — near-flagship hardware at a midrange price — and picking it up renewed makes that math even harder to argue with. The 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel is the star: 120Hz, HDR10+ certified, and bright enough to stay readable in direct sunlight. Around back, a 50MP main sensor works alongside a 3x optical telephoto and a 12MP ultrawide, so zoom shots hold real detail instead of falling apart. Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 power and 8GB of RAM keep everything snappy, though the 4500mAh battery is merely average — a solid day, not two. At this price, you're getting flagship feel without flagship spending.

Samsung's Galaxy S24 in Onyx Black makes a strong case that a renewed flagship can feel anything but secondhand. After using the 128GB model for a few weeks, it kept pace with everything — streaming, gaming, quick photo edits — without a stutter. The real selling point is the unlocked status: it runs on both GSM and CDMA networks, so AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Cricket, Mint, and most others will activate it without a hassle. You're getting flagship performance for midrange money. Word is stock is running thin, so if you've been circling, this is a solid time to commit.

BLKE AIR's mini smartphone is barely bigger than a deck of cards, and that's the whole point. At 3.54 by 1.97 inches, it disappears into running shorts or a small clutch, making it a genuinely handy backup device or a first phone for a kid. Face unlock and dual cameras (5MP rear, 3MP front) punch above the price, and Android 8.1 on a quad-core chip handles WhatsApp, Instagram, and YouTube fine for light use. Storage expands via MicroSD when built-in space runs tight. Just know the dealbreaker: no SIM support — this is WiFi-only, so it's a companion device, not a daily driver.

The Galaxy S22 still feels like a flagship in hand, and that's what makes a renewed one such an easy call. The 6.1-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel is bright, sharp at FHD+, and smooth enough that scrolling feels effortless, all squeezed into a body that actually fits one hand. Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 with 8GB of RAM keeps apps and games moving without stutter, and the 50MP main camera holds up well in decent light. The 3700mAh battery is the compromise — heavy users will want a mid-day top-up, though Wireless Powershare helps. With broad 5G and carrier support plus 128GB of storage, it's a lot of phone for the money.

Samsung's Galaxy A16 5G squeezes a genuinely impressive 6.7-inch Super AMOLED panel into a phone that costs about as much as a nice dinner out. That screen runs at 90Hz with crisp 1080x2340 resolution and reaches 800 nits, so scrolling stays smooth and it holds up in daylight. The 5,000mAh battery comfortably clears a full day for most people, and 128GB of built-in storage expands via microSD whenever you need breathing room. Samsung also promises up to six major Android upgrades, which is unusually generous at this price. The Exynos 1330 handles everyday apps without complaint, though serious gaming will expose its limits. Two things to know: the charger isn't in the box, and since this is a renewed unit, give it a once-over when it arrives.

Panasonic's five-handset expandable system earns its keep in a busy household the moment the robocalls start. Automated call blocking prompts unknown callers for an access code and disconnects them on its own, and a one-touch button on the handset blocks a number for good. Talking caller ID announces who's on the line in English or Spanish, so you can screen from across the room, while the illuminated keypad and 1.8-inch display stay readable in the dark. The answering machine stores up to 17 minutes of messages, and the Quick-Read counter lets you check at a glance before retrieving from the base or any handset.

Motorola's Moto G Play proves a budget phone can still feel genuinely capable. The Snapdragon 680 keeps apps and streaming running smoothly alongside 4GB of RAM, while the 6.5-inch 90Hz HD+ display and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos make watching videos surprisingly enjoyable. That 50MP Quad Pixel camera pulls in four times the light, so evening shots come out brighter and more detailed than I'd expect at this price. There's 64GB of built-in storage, expandable up to 1TB with a microSD card, and the 5000mAh battery comfortably carries you through a full day of work and play. Add a sleek matte finish with splash protection, and you're getting a lot of phone for under a hundred dollars.

Samsung's Galaxy A17 5G makes a solid case that budget phones no longer have to feel like a compromise. The 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display is the standout — bright, sharp, and genuinely pleasant whether you're scrolling recipes or video chatting. A triple-lens camera covers everything from wide family shots to close-ups, and Super Fast Charging keeps downtime brief when the battery dips. Samsung pairs it with six OS upgrades and six years of security updates, plus an IP54 rating and Gorilla Glass Victus up front. Toss in expandable storage up to 2TB, Circle to Search, and free Samsung TV Plus, and it stacks up as a sensible long-term pick.

Titanium is the headline here, and it genuinely changes how this phone feels — the iPhone 15 Pro Max is noticeably lighter in hand than earlier Pro Max models, even with that big 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR screen keeping ProMotion scrolling and the Always-On display running. The A17 Pro chip with its 6-core GPU never stumbles, and the 48MP main sensor paired with Ultra Wide and Telephoto delivers up to 10x optical zoom range and next-generation portraits with real focus and depth control. Battery life reaches up to 29 hours of video playback, USB-C with USB 3 support makes transfers up to 20x faster, and satellite-based Emergency SOS, Crash Detection, and Roadside Assistance add genuine peace of mind.

The Moto G for 2026 delivers 5G and a 120Hz screen at a price that undercuts most budget rivals. That 6.7-inch display stays bright enough for outdoor use, and the 120Hz refresh keeps scrolling silky. The 50MP main camera and 32MP selfie cam handle everyday shots well, while the MediaTek Dimensity chipset with up to 12GB RAM (via RAM Boost) keeps apps moving. A 5200mAh battery easily lasts all day, and TurboPower charging tops you up fast. Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos sound surprisingly full. Unlocked for all major U.S. carriers, it's a practical pick for anyone wanting solid 5G basics without spending more.

The Galaxy A57 5G feels like the sweet spot for anyone who wants flagship-grade essentials without the flagship price. That 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus panel running at 120Hz is the star—scrolling is silky, colors pop, and it's genuinely great for streaming or gaming on the couch. Inside, the Exynos processor paired with 8GB of RAM keeps multitasking smooth, and 256GB of storage means you're not constantly deleting photos. The 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization handles low light better than I expected, while the ultra-wide and macro lenses add flexibility. A 5,000mAh battery easily stretches through a full day, IP68 protection shrugs off rain and spills, and dual SIM with eSIM gives you real travel flexibility. Just know it's an international model, so carrier activation support varies.

Interference-free calling is the entire reason to go with DECT 6.0, and this VTech three-handset set delivers it without the crackle, static, or privacy bleed that plague older 2.4 GHz phones. One base and a single phone jack cover three rooms — kitchen, bedroom, living room — with no extra wiring or new lines to install. Each handset carries a 2-inch backlit display and large lighted buttons that stay readable in dim light, along with a full-duplex speakerphone so both sides can talk at once without cutting each other off. Caller ID holds 50 entries with name, number, time, and date, Quiet Mode silences every ringer on demand, the handsets double as an intercom, and the whole system plays nicely with landline, cable, and VoIP services.

Samsung Galaxy A37 5G – It handles everyday tasks perfectly. AMOLED 6.7 inches is excellent for watching content, web scrolling, and photo editing. 5000 mAh battery with Super Fast Charging 2.0, lasts long enough for me to have dinner. 50 MP main camera and Nightography. Even in the dark room and at night, walking in the city, I can get usable photos without fiddling with settings. The Exynos 1480 plays games and switches between apps without any problems. IP68. Rain and dusty trousers pocket. And this one is good for a long time. Not a short-term one.

For the budget-conscious, there’s the rare smartphone that gives you something that few others have at that price: a built-in stylus that lets you go to town whenever the creative mood hits. Scribble down notes on the 6.7-inch pOLED display. Draw. Edit pictures. You don’t need to ever search for a pen. The 50MP camera with Sony LYTIA sensor and OIS performs pretty decently in low light situations. Hear a more expansive sound with Dolby Atmos for streaming. There’s a spacious 256GB storage. A quick 15-minute charge with a compatible TurboPower charger may be all you need for the day (sold separately). IP68 water resistance. Drop-tested vegan leather for a well-rounded, more-than-capable daily driver from Motorola’s Moto G Stylus.
