50+ Mixed Hemerocallis Hybrida Daylily Flowers Seeds Perennial Garden Plant Blooming
The Latin name of the Daylily-Hemerocallis comes from the Greek words 'hemera' - day and ' kallos’ - beauty, which is associated with the short-term flowering of most species, each flower usually blooms for one day. Less common names for daylilies are Krasodnev, by analogy with Latin, and the transcription of the Latin name is Hemerocallis.
Sowing dates: Each gardener develops his own scheme for growing seedlings. For a week, the seeds are dried in a ventilated room. In early October, they are sown on prepared ridges for winter. Cover before freezing with fallen leaves or boards, for less freezing of the ground. Shoots appear early in the spring. At home, you can sow in several terms from February to March. Until then, keep the seeds in the refrigerator.
Pre-sowing treatment: For better germination, soak the seeds in a solution of hydrogen peroxide (a teaspoon per 0.5 liters of water). Daily change the liquid to fresh or germinate on cotton pads. Well moisturize the base, put the seeds between the layers. Cover with a bag, put in the refrigerator.
Daily check for the presence of sprouted seeds. The main body wakes up after 5-7 days. Single instances can "think" for a month or more.

Luffa is a genus of tropical and subtropical vines classified in the cucumber (Cucurbitaceae) family.
In everyday non-technical usage, the luffa, also spelled loofah, usually means the fruit of the two species Luffa aegyptiaca and Luffa acutangula. The fruit of these species is cultivated and eaten as a vegetable.
The fruit must be harvested at a young stage of development to be edible. The vegetable is popular in China and Vietnam.[2] When the fruit is fully ripened it is very fibrous. The fully developed fruit is the source of the loofah scrubbing sponge which is used in bathrooms and kitchens. Luffa are not frost-hardy, and require 150 to 200 warm days to mature.
In Paraguay, panels are made out of luffa combined with other vegetable matter and recycled plastic. These can be used to create furniture and construct houses.

Sowing Petunia Seeds are recommended to be sown from February to April, depending on the time of planting in the open ground. At home, it is better to sow at the end of March, when enough light comes. Then the seedlings can be raspikirovat on a warm balcony or in a film greenhouse. With such a period of sowing expect flowering in June. Petunia seeds are very small, with almost no reserve of nutrients.
Therefore, for normal growth of seedlings, the soil should be: 1. loose 2. light in mechanical composition 3. nutrient 4. acid neutral.
For sowing, it is better to take a shallow bowl with a drainage hole. Fill the container with a substrate, leaving the rim about 1 centimeter. Small seeds of Petunia are best mixed with dry sand sifted, so they are more evenly distributed along the line. Sown seeds for fast germination, it is desirable to abundantly sprinkle with water.
It must be remembered that it is important not to overdry, and that germination will not. Therefore, before you decompose the seeds, it is necessary to wet the soil well and keep it wet until the seedlings appear. In this case, it is better to water from the tray through the hole in the bowl or spray the crops from the spray.
Seedling care From a simple seed seedlings emerge in 4-6 days. After germination, seedlings need a large amount of light and moderate soil moisture. With a lack of light shoots are stretched, and if high humidity is added, it is possible and the death of the black leg. To avoid high humidity, the crops need to be opened, and when the cotyledons are opened, the film is removed.

Mimosa trees are excellent for bonsai; however, they require scarification to germinate. In ideal conditions, seeds should be refrigerated for ~3 months, soaked in warm water for 24 hours and the seed coat scarified either by knicking with a knife or lightly filing the end down. At the least, seed coats must be soaked and penetrated to for germination to occur.
Vegetative Growth: Mimosa grows as a deciduous tree 3 to 15m (10-50ft) in height with one or many stems, smooth light-brown to grayish bark, finely dissected compound leaves, and showy pink flowers that continually produce legume pods through summer. Pods usually persist into winter. The twigs are slender to stout, bright green when young, then shiny grayish brown with small lenticels, but lacking a terminal bud.
Mimosa leaves are alternately arranged, bipinnately compound, 15 to 50cm (6-20in) long with 8 to 24 pairs of branchlets and 20 to 60 feathery leaflets per branch. The leaflets are asymmetric, about 1 to 1.5cm (0.5in) long and dark green, with the midvein nearer and running parallel to one margin. Margins are not serrated.
Flowering: Mimosa flowers in May to July, with some plants producing flowers into November. Flowers are produced in terminal clusters at the base of the current year’s twigs; each cluster will have 15 to 25 sessile, 3.5 to 5cm (1.5-2in) flowers. Flowers are pom-pom like with numerous filamentous, bright-pink tufts with white bases, and fragrant.
Mimosa fruit consists of clusters of flat legume pods with bulging seeds, each pod 8 to 18 cm (3-7in) long, and can be seen from June to February. Typically 5 to 10 seeds are produced per pod. Mimosa seed coats are impermeable, resulting in long-term dormancy. Viability has been measured as high as 90% after five years.
