- PRECISION FIT. High-tolerance dies are used in the molding process. Flared opening for easy wire insertion.
- CLOSED END CONSTRUCTION keeps electrical components, batteries and cables safe and free from moisture, and prevents solder from leaking during installation. When paired with TEMCo adhesive heat shrink tubing will prevent corrosion by sealing out moisture.
- Choose from a variety of wire sizes from 6 AWG to 4/0 AWG and stud sizes from ¼” to ½” that fits your application. Can be crimped (best method) or soldered. Works on solid or stranded wire. NOTE: Audio wire may not be direct fit. Recommend to use a size or two larger terminal than the gauge of the audio wire.

TEMCo Industrial’s bare copper welding battery cable ends deliver unmatched conductivity thanks to their 99.91% pure copper construction. I was particularly impressed by the heavy-duty build, which is designed to withstand high temperatures without degrading, making them ideal for intense electrical environments. The precision-molded dies ensure a tight fit, and the flared openings make pulling wire through a breeze. Because they feature a closed-end design, they keep moisture out and prevent solder leaks during installation. Whether you choose to crimp or solder, these terminals work seamlessly on both solid and stranded wire. Just a heads-up for the audiophile crowd: you might want to size up your terminal slightly if you are working with specialized audio wire to ensure a perfect connection.
